This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (stockcores.com), our staff/business management platform (web.stockcores.com), and our customer-facing loyalty and ordering application, ChainWatcher Wallet (wallet.stockcores.com) (collectively, the "Service"). We collect information depending on how you interact with the Service: - Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (or authentication via Google or Apple Sign In) when you register for a staff account or a ChainWatcher Wallet account. - Business information: for staff users, information about your organization(s) and location(s), including inventory, sales, purchasing, payroll, and customer records that you input into the Service. - Order and loyalty information: for Wallet users, your order history, loyalty points balance, and redemption activity at participating locations. - Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase add-ons (such as AI credits), payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. - Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, including the content of your messages. - Usage and device information: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the Service, collected automatically through standard web technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: - Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing transactions, managing inventory, and tracking loyalty points and rewards. - Authenticate your account and secure access to the Service. - Send transactional communications, such as order status updates, password reset emails, and account notifications. - Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. - Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage patterns. - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service, including: - Payment processing: Stripe, for subscription billing and purchases. - Authentication: Google and Apple, if you choose to sign in using those providers. - Email delivery: Resend, for sending transactional emails. - Cloud infrastructure and storage: third-party cloud hosting and storage providers used to run the Service and store uploaded images/media. - Legal requirements: if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ChainWatcher, our users, or others. Each of these third parties processes information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Business records (such as sales and inventory data) created by staff users may be retained as part of the organization's account even after an individual user's access is removed.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. You may also update your profile information directly within the Service, or request account deletion.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
